How much is shipping & where do we ship to?
we ship across South Africa with the Courier Guy at a flat rate of R120 and free for orders over R1500
How long until orders are shipped out?
Your order will be sewn and shipped out within 2-3 business days.
*If you need anything more urgently please do not hesitate to drop us a mail, we've got you!
Can you do rush orders?

What is your return policy?
Your happiness is our happiness.
We will gladly accept exchanges on all bralettes & dresses (knickers & bodysuits cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons) no returns on gift cards or sale items.
The process:
1:
Notify us within a 30 day window that you would like to exchange your intimates at hello@netterose.com ~ they will need to be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed and original condition + packaging.
*All sales are final after 30 days.
Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
2:
Upon receiving our address you can ship it back to our studio
We always recommend a tracking number as we can't be held responsible if your precious parcel goes missing.
3:
Once we have received your parcel we will send you an email to arrange your exchange. This will most likely include a Gift Card to the value of your exchanged item for you to purchase a new size or style on our site.
*we would always love to assist you in selecting the perfect size and to avoid having to worry about an exchange ~ please always feel free to send us a mail with any and all of your questions as we would love to help you out! x
Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
Only one discount code can be used per order - however if you received two gift cards, you can happily reach out to us and we can combine them for you.
Care
How to care for your intimates?
The dream? to hand wash your intimates in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and lay flat to dry. This will dramatically increase their life span.
However, we're just girls here and we love a washing machine.
If you must machine wash them, it is best on a cold wash with very mild detergent and in a laundry bag. *and please make sure you do not mix colours in the wash. xx
P.S never, ever ever put your lingerie in a tumble dryer. (unless you're happy replacing them on the regular - like, we love you but let's not)
